Carob Mill Restaurants Ltd was established in 2002 by N.P. Lanitis and PNS Restaurants Ltd, bringing together two partners with exceptional know-how in food and beverage, management experience, financial capability and professionalism.
N.P. Lanitis was founded in 1896 by Nicolas P. Lanitis and Costas P. Lanitis and is currently firmly established as one of the leading group of companies in Cyprus. Through autonomous subsidiaries and associate companies the N. P. Lanitis Group is active in various sectors of the economy, such as general trade, energy, restaurants and entertainment with a diversified range of products and services.
PNS Restaurants LTD was established in 1997 by four highly motivated and committed professionals in the food service and entertainment industry. PNS Restaurants Ltd is the operator of Carob Mill Restaurants Ltd, PNS Food Supplies Ltd and PNS Food Point Ltd. Each subsidiary operates various restaurants, a catering service and take-away outlets.
Carob Mill Restaurants Ltd currently operates six restaurants, a lounge café-bar, a bar-restaurant and three take-away outlets in Limassol. The company offers a variety of cuisines such as Cypriot, Mediterranean, International and Italian as listed below:

The company employs approximately 100 professionals, specialized in hotel, restaurant and catering services each of who contribute to the company’s development and success with their enthusiasm and skills.
